This is an exciting time to get involved with Young at Heart, as we are looking for leaders and creativity to shape the organization. For just $75, members are invited to:
- Attend quarterly Happy Hour events where you will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with other members in a fun atmosphere
- Purchase Côtes du Coeur Young at Heart After-Party Tickets
- Participate in volunteer opportunities with the American Heart Association
- Join the Young at Heart Start! Heart Walk Team

Why I joined:
When I moved back to Dallas after stints in Colorado and Arizona, I was looking for an organization to join to donate my time, take a leadership position, and get to know more people. Gone were the days where I could meet up with college friends on a regular basis to go out and mingle (mostly because many of those friends had gone off and gotten married and started families). Thanks to a friend’s referral, I attended a Young @ Heart event. My family has a history of heart issues and more recently my dog has been diagnosed with a heart condition, so the mission of the American Heart Association is one that I believe in. Young @ Heart has given me the opportunity to donate my time to a great organization, take a leadership position (current Co-Chair of Young @ Heart), and I’ve met some truly amazing people (both personally and professionally). I would highly recommend anyone who shares any or all of those interests to come to a Young @ Heart event and see if it could have the same impact that it has had on me.
